Emily joins the OMNI team with over 10 years of Human Resources experience including but not limited to Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Services. In this role, she serves clients and their employees with all payroll and benefits related inquires. Previously, Emily worked for an essential mineral company as a Payroll and Benefits Analyst and as an HR Analyst. Emily is a graduate of Kansas State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her kid’s sports and activities, reading, and being outdoors.
Teresa joins the OMNI staff with experience in payroll and other related human resource knowledge. She will be helping our clients by facilitating payroll, benefits and on-boarding. She has a master’s degree in human resource management and enjoys the new challenges every day brings. When Teresa isn’t working, she enjoys working out, traveling, watching Netflix and hanging with family and friends.
Molly comes to OMNI with immense experience in human resources and customer service. In her role, she will work with our client’s hiring managers to ensure that the new hire process is efficient for all new employees. She graduated from the University of Kansas and in her new role she looks forward to communicating with clients and helping them in any aspect of the process of hiring. In her spare time, Molly enjoys spending time with friends and family and enjoying all things Kansas City.
Ms. Laughter brings to OMNI immense experience and knowledge in the benefits area. Most recently she worked in the broker sector, working closely with employers and carriers. She enjoys engaging with people, building relationships and continuing to learn more about the ever-changing aspects of benefits. Ms. Laughter graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with a degree in Marketing. When she is not working, she enjoys working out, especially CrossFit, cooking, baking and enjoying time with her husband and dog.
Brianna provides recruitment support for clients across all levels of an organization. Her talent acquisition experience includes Banking, Financial Services, Engineering, Consumer Services, Nonprofit and Higher Education. Prior to joining OMNI in 2014, she worked in advertising sales and marketing for various Fortune 500 clients. This experience sharpened her client management skills across a multitude of industries. Brianna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Kansas. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and supporting social causes with an emphasis on women and children.
Ms. Anderson joined OMNI in 2014 and leads the ongoing development, implementation and management of the human resource operational functions and processes at OMNI. Prior to her current role, Ms. Anderson oversaw recruitment technologies and processes in support of the development and growth of OMNI’s Talent Acquisition practice.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Julie has more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment program management. She is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Overland Park and is an active member and former board volunteer with KACE (Kansas Association of Colleges and Employers). Outside of work, Julie enjoys cheering on her boys in sports and entertaining friends and family.
Ms. Baker supports all affairs in the talent acquisition and consulting departments as well as marketing, branding and communications. She is also the liaison for workshops and special events. Meredith earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Emporia State University and previously worked for Frisco ISD and Colliers International prior to joining OMNI Human Resource Management. In her spare time she enjoys working out, watching sports and spending time with her husband.
Ms. Curry joins the OMNI team with over 12 years of prior Human Resource experience including but not limited to Benefits, Payroll and Associate Relations. In this role, she serves clients and their employees with all payroll and benefits related inquiries. Previously, Debi worked at the Kansas City Zoo in the Finance and Human Resources departments. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, watching movies, doing crafts and spending time outdoors – especially at her favorite place, Powell Gardens.
Ms. Miller brings to OMNI over 22 years of Human Resource Management and small business ownership experience. Her focus is on management, employee and organizational structure and development. Prior to joining OMNI, Nancy worked for 13 years at Ford Motor Company and was the Owner and President of a bed and breakfast on the Country Club Plaza. She graduated from Canisius College with a Psychology/Gerontology degree and received her master’s degree from Syracuse University in Personnel and Industrial Relations/Innovative Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys attending farmer’s markets, cooking with her husband, devouring audiobooks and traveling.
Ms. Lazowski serves as Senior Consultant to select outsourcing clients, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership. Karen provides HR guidance, coaching, and counseling for her clients, with an emphasis on start-ups and fast growth companies. Ms. Lazowski’s background includes 13 years as Executive Director, HR Services at Applebee’s International and Director of Training & Organizational Development at Gentiva Health Services. Karen attended the Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. In addition to her talents in HR, Karen is passionate about helping women achieve their full potential and has expertise in strategic business meetings and conferences, serving as President & CEO of her event management company.
Before forming OMNI, Michael Tracy spent over 15 years in professional human resources management roles with well-respected organizations such as Dayton Hudson Corporation, KFC-PepsiCo, and Culinary Concepts Ltd, a subsidiary of Hallmark Corporation. While large corporations certainly offer their own set of challenges in the HR “space,” his passion to help entrepreneurial and mid-size organizations became a more challenging and rewarding endeavor. Since 1998, Michael and his team have been doing just that, supporting both for profit as well as nonprofit enterprises throughout the region and the Midwest.
Michael is also very active in the community, serving as the 2017 Chairman of the Board for the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, 2017-2018 President of the Overland Park Rotary Club, and active member of the University of Kansas Medical Center Advancement Board. He continues to be engaged on several other nonprofit boards and advisory groups as well. His favorite hobbies include traveling, running and cooking. He is the proud father of three terrific grown kids, and grandfather to seven amazing grandkids.
Ms. Robinson joins OMNI as the company officially expands into health care search specialization. Anna brings more than 17 years of experience, most recently including 10 years as the head of clinical recruitment with American Dental Partners and affiliated dental group practices throughout the U.S. Her extensive industry knowledge helps guide clients through the search and selection process to ensure the best fit is selected for organizational needs. Ms. Robinson received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kansas and acquired her SHRM-Senior Certified Professional in 2019. Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling and cooking for family and friends.
Mr. Eskina manages payroll, benefits, and employment-related services within designated client groups. His favorite aspect of this role is building relationships with employees and continuing to learn about the different functions of human resources. Since joining OMNI in 2016, Jacob has held several roles supporting the company’s outsourcing, consulting, and membership clients. Jacob attended the University of Kansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship. Outside of the office, he enjoys watching baseball and spending time with family and friends.
Ms. Kennedy provides support to OMNI’s outsourcing clients in HR administration, payroll, and benefits. Kelsey’s background as a human resources specialist combined with her love of problem solving and building relationships with clients makes her a fantastic fit for the OMNI team. Kelsey earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Organizational Development, with an emphasis in Strategic Human Resources Management at Avila University. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys trail hiking, traveling, puzzles, and spending time with her dog, family and friends.
Ms. Fercho has enjoyed over 20 successful years working as an HR professional. Her background includes HR leadership roles with Sprint, Embarq, and most recently International Paper. Tiffany is a true business partner to her clients and their business, forging trusting partnerships with C-level to frontline employees. Tiffany is passionate about guiding and supporting her clients to recruit top talent, to build a strong team, engage employees, lead and manage change and develop leaders at all levels in an organization.
In her role at OMNI, Tiffany utilizes her strategic network to create diverse candidate pools for key positions for clients. Ms. Fercho also works with clients to create and deliver training programs that will prepare and lead management teams to the next level. She is a utility player for the OMNI team and can take on any assignment, especially in the areas of employee and labor relations, recruitment efforts, professional development, and change management.
Ms. Ambur is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over 30 years of experience. Her background includes human resources and leadership roles with Embarq, Sprint, and American Century Investors. Recently, Ms. Ambur has been promoted to the position of Operations Director, Employee Services. In this new role she uses her extensive experience as a Senior Consultant to manage additional responsibilities including day-to-day management of OMNI’s growing Employee Services group, and provides leadership and guidance to all areas related to payroll, benefits administration, HRIS and all HR operational processes.
Ms. Ambur has an M.S. in Human Resources Management from the American University in Washington, D.C., and an undergraduate degree from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, S.D. She is currently a Board member of Advice & Aid, 100 Women Who Care, and serves as a Representative for the Cedar Creek Neighborhood. Sonja enjoys traveling and visiting family across the country.
Mr. Binder provides our clients with expert support with employee relations, compensation, leadership development and related areas. Jon is a senior level executive with 25 years of human resources experience and more than 15 years of compensation design and consulting experience. Prior to joining OMNI, Jon enjoyed a successful career in finance and as a human resources executive with Sprint. In addition to his role at OMNI, he has been functioning as an independent consultant since 2009. Jon has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and earned his MBA from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. Jon serves as a Board member with Sherwood Autism Center.
Ms. Corazzin supports our team through executive administration, marketing initiatives, events coordination and project and proposal support. After earning her B.A. in Political Science at Truman State University, Olivia worked in client relations and marketing at a website design and internet advertising firm. She enjoys getting to know our clients and flexing her creative muscles to make HR concepts more approachable. Recently, she’s joined the Junior Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City and volunteers as a Big Sister. In her free time, Olivia enjoys working on home improvement projects, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Ms. Anderson adds a wealth of experience to OMNI’s Talent Acquisition team. Ms. Anderson’s focus as Vice President of Executive Search is working exclusively on C-level and senior management engagements within a variety of industries to include banking/financial services, healthcare and nonprofit. With more than 100 senior- and executive-level searches successfully completed since joining OMNI in 2007, Michelle’s outstanding performance has assisted in the significant growth of our recruitment practice. Michelle joined OMNI after serving seven years as a Senior Consultant with a boutique retainer search firm representing clients such as Applebee’s, Tension Envelope, and First National Nebraska. Michelle has a vast network of strategic contacts that she has cultivated both as a consultant and during her years as Recruitment Manager for Inacom, an Inc. 500 firm. Michelle serves her community as a Board member of Jackson County CASA and on the Johnson County Advisory Committee for the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault.
Ms. Rupp supports OMNI’s outsourcing clients in HR administration, payroll, and benefits. Marianne’s background includes nearly 17 years of experience across operations and human resources, with particular expertise in payroll and benefits management. She is currently a member of SHRM of Johnson County and volunteers on the membership committee. Outside of the office, Marianne enjoys spending time with her fiance and four daughters, cooking, and playing volleyball and softball.
Ms. Toal is a trusted advisor and problem solver with over 20 years of experience as both an external and internal consultant across multiple Human Resources disciplines. Teresa provides solutions in the areas of employee relations, leadership development, compensation, performance and talent management opportunities. She has a M.S. in Human Resources Business Administration from University of Kansas, a B.A. in Industrial Relations from Rockhurst University, and acquired her SHRM-Senior Certified Professional in 2019. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys coaching and cheering on her boys in sports and activities, spending time with family and friends, volunteering, traveling and pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
Ms. Harvey joined the OMNI search team in 2018, bringing more than 25 years of experience in search and corporate recruitment. Hilary’s background includes an emphasis on search in healthcare, clinical research, finance, and general administration, along with high volume exempt and non-exempt roles. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University. Her favorite part of recruiting is being able to help someone find their perfect “home” at work. Outside of the office, Hilary enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking with her Yorkie in tow, shopping for vintage finds, and the arts.
Ms. Amy Vlasic assists OMNI’s administrative team as Bookkeeper, handling accounts payable and receivable, generating invoices, and processing payments. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Iowa. In her spare time, she enjoys attending live music events, participating in outdoor activities of all kinds, and cheering on her son at his basketball games.
Ms. Marko is responsible for all client business process functions associated with payroll, benefits administrations, client employee services and compliance. Sherry previously spent several years with organizations including Hewitt Associates and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Ms. Marko has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Iowa. Additionally, she acquired her PHR in 2010 and SHRM-CP in 2015. Outside of work, Sherry enjoys spending time on the lake with friends and family.
Ms. Mullins supports OMNI’s Outsourcing and Recruitment clients with background checks, assistance in payroll processing, and top-notch customer service. Brenda brings more than 20 years of human resources and administrative experience, with practical knowledge of employer/employee benefits, compensation, and general support. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resources from MidAmerica Nazarene University and is also a certified medical assistant, with experience in hands-on clinical support. In her spare time, Brenda enjoys refurbishing furniture, browsing estate sales, and volunteering with her church.
Ms. Fitts joined OMNI as a Search Consultant in 2017 and brings more than 15 years of business and human resources experience. Previously, Olivia has been on the talent acquisitions teams with both Sprint and AMC. Olivia earned her Bachelor’s degree from NWMSU in Corporate Wellness, Master’s degree from Baker University in Management, and obtained her PHR certification in 2016. When she’s not at the office, Olivia enjoys reading, traveling, pursuing wellness, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family.
Ms. Thompson joins the team as Recruitment Specialist, supporting OMNI’s search consultants and talent acquisition team. Brenna is also the first face to greet visitors who enter the OMNI office. Ms. Thompson recently received her B.A. in Psychology and was an Honor’s Scholar at Baker University. When she’s not at the office, Brenna enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to local music artists, and supporting social causes including animal rights and personal health.
Ms. Floodberg supports OMNI’s Outsourcing clients in HR administration and payroll and benefits support. Sara has more than 5 years of experience in Human Resources and received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Human Resources Management. Ms. Floodberg is currently pursuing an MBA. Sara enjoys HR and especially Outsourcing because she gets to help a variety of employees every day. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with her husband and two children and volunteering in the community.
Ms. Dinkel has enjoyed over 15 successful years working in the HR industry. In her role, Cristi provides guidance and support to clients in the areas of employee relations, payroll, benefits, policies/procedures, recruiting and onboarding. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and her Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota in Counseling and Psychology. Additionally, Cristi earned her SPHR designation in 2001. Outside of work, Cristi enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Ms. Stigers is responsible for the business and administrative functions of OMNI. Additionally, she handles technology deployment and new client setup for the Outsourcing team. Heidi previously spent nine years as the Business Manager with the Central Exchange. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northeast Missouri University and a Master’s degree in International Management from University of Denver. Heidi enjoys cooking and gardening, as well as spending time with family and friends.
