Julie joined OMNI in 2014 and leads the ongoing development, implementation, and management of the human resource operational functions and processes at OMNI. Prior to her current role, Ms. Anderson oversaw recruitment technologies and processes in support of the development and growth of OMNI’s executive recruitment practice.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Julie has more than 25 years of human resources experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, HR technology, and process development. She is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Overland Park and an active member of the nationally based COO Forum, the Kansas City based HR Forum, and the Kansas Association of Colleges and Employers. Julie is married and has two sons who attend her alma mater, Kansas State University.
