Throughout her career, she has guided companies through acquisitions and business transformations while delivering top-quality service and measurable results.
Recognized for her collaborative, results-driven style, Gay is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt who is passionate about continuous process improvement and developing structured approaches that support long-term success.
Gay holds a BS in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University and an MBA from Webster University. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Webster University and holds several other nonprofit board officer roles.
