Austin Banh brings a strong foundation in finance, payroll administration, and client service to the Outsourcing Team. With a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance from Kansas State University and a minor in Leadership Studies, Austin combines technical knowledge with a collaborative approach to supporting both clients and colleagues.

Prior to joining OMNI, Austin worked as a staff accountant at Ong & Company, where he administered payroll through multiple platforms, prepared financial statements, and provided tax guidance to business clients. He also gained valuable public-sector experience as a tax examiner for the IRS, reviewing personal and business returns for accuracy and compliance.

Austin’s background in finance, payroll, and benefits will support our clients in building reliable and compliant back-office operations that enhance employee trust and satisfaction.

When Austin is not spending time with his daughter you can find him riding his motorcycle, camping, or learning jiu jitsu!
