OMNI Launches Membership Community

“Because sometimes you just need to talk to an expert”

Overland Park, Kansas – Managing Principal Michael Tracy today announced the launch of the newest OMNI HRM offering, the Membership Community, an on-call HR service. This service enables members in need of HR advice or information to connect immediately with an expert without the bother of hourly rates, hiring HR experts, or hunting for answers online.  This easy and affordable way to connect with an HR expert is targeted for organizations who may not have access to in-house HR expertise but want more than a subscription to an  online HR resource.

Tracy stated, “We’re excited to offer access to our team of experts through a cost-effective membership relationship,  especially during these uncertain times with so much at stake. In recent months, we’ve seen a huge uptick in questions related to COVID: ’What do we need to know to keep our employees safe? What are the HR implications if an employee tests positive?  How long do I need to let employees work from home? ”

To be clear, OMNI staff are not attorneys, and this service is not a formal substitute for legal counsel.  And like most consulting firms, OMNI provides ongoing, dedicated HR support to many clients on an hourly or retainer basis.    He continued, “We know every HR situation is unique and OMNI HRM provides immediate, authentic connection with a professional  who cares and listens to each member and their concerns. We know that sometimes owners and managers just need to talk to an expert. They have questions and OMNI HRM Membership Community offers immediate solutions.”

OMNI’s Membership Community Program affords access to:

  • On-call HR professionals for in-the-moment advice and counsel
  • No-cost participation for OMNI’s extensive calendar of training and development workshops
  • Employee use and access to OMNI’s Anonymous Concerns Line
  • Regular, relevant updates on HR news to stay current on legal trends and compliance topics
  • OMNI’s library of compensation and benefit survey data
  • Templates and tools for employee manuals, HR policies, compliance procedures and other resources
  • Discounted rates on structured consulting and executive search engagements
