Company announces staff additions to all company divisions in first half of 2018.
Overland Park, KS (May 22, 2018) – As the company continues to grow in its 20th year, OMNI Human Resource Management is pleased to announce the following staff additions.
Mr. Scott McTague has joined the team as Senior Consultant and Professional Development Practice Leader. Scott brings more than 20 years of experience in learning and development, management training, and employee engagement. At OMNI, he’ll serve as the company’s resident professional development and training leader, further expanding the consulting branch of the business. In addition, he continues to strengthen OMNI’s Talent Acquisition team, offering expertise in talent selection and development.
Ms. Hilary Harvey joins the Talent Acquisition team as Search Consultant. With more than 25 years of experience, Hilary brings a background emphasizing search in healthcare, clinical research, finance, and general administration roles.
Ms. Sara Floodberg joins the payroll and benefits Outsourcing team as Employee Services Consultant. Sara has more than five years of experience in human resources and received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Human Resources Management. She is currently pursuing an MBA.
