Scott McTague to Lead Professional Development Practice

Overland Park, KS (July 19, 2018) – OMNI Human Resource Management is excited to introduce our expanded Talent Assessment practice, designed to assist in selection and development of high performing leaders and their teams.

Owner and Managing Principal Michael Tracy says, “Adding more formal, structured assessments into our hiring and consulting practices affords us a new dimension of information and insight.” Mr. Tracy continues, “This new service provides OMNI an even greater capacity to help clients select and develop future leaders.”

OMNI has hired Scott McTague as Senior Consultant and Professional Development Practice Leader to drive this expanded service. Scott brings more than 20 years of consultative experience supporting local and national organizations in hiring systems and assessments as well as developing corporate talent assessment centers.
