OMNI Adds Health Care Provider Recruiting Division to Portfolio of HR Resources

Healthcare recruiting expert tapped to lead specialized services expansion.

Overland Park, KS (February 12, 2018) – OMNI Human Resource Management announces the establishment of a new division that will provide physician and other healthcare provider search and recruiting services for medical facilities and non-profit healthcare providers. Anna Robinson has been hired to lead the new division.

Prior to joining OMNI, Robinson spent 10 years as head of clinical recruitment for American Dental Partners, a national practice management organization that supports affiliated dental group practices throughout the United States. Her professional background also includes over 17 years of leadership in staffing and business recruitment, as well as dental school and college-level recruiting.

“Anna brings extensive experience in recruiting healthcare providers to this position,” said OMNI President Michael Tracy. “Her industry knowledge will be valuable in guiding our clients through the search and selection process to ensure they find the right fit for their organizational needs.”

Established in 1998, OMNI provides comprehensive human resource management services to small and medium-sized companies and organizations. As a generalist consulting firm, OMNI’s business model rolls executive search and recruitment support into the same “time and materials” billing structure as all their other services. This model for executive search has become extremely more scalable and cost effective than the traditional commission or fee based staffing firms.

According to Tracy, the addition of physician and other healthcare provider search and recruiting services is in response to community needs and requests from existing clients. “For nearly 20 years, OMNI has provided consultative support to local and regional non-profit organizations and safety net providers, including Turner House Children’s Clinic, Swope Health Services, Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, and the National Association of Community Health Centers. This new division greatly complements our ability to fully support the human resources needs of this vital community service sector,” he said.

Robinson looks forward to working alongside the professional search consultants at OMNI to provide this valuable service for small healthcare providers and non-profit safety net organizations. “Finding qualified physicians and other licensed healthcare professionals is so vital to the success of healthcare organizations, but small hospitals and non-profit organizations often don’t have the internal manpower to handle the workload. As a third-party search and recruitment partner, OMNI has the expertise and network necessary to recruit top talent on a regional and national scale.”
