Overland Park, KS (March 24, 2020) – OMNI Human Resource Management is pleased to announce the following staff additions.
Ms. Lindsay Laughter joined the OMNI team in February as an Employee Services Consultant. Lindsay brings to OMNI immense experience and knowledge in the benefits area. Most recently she worked in the broker sector, working closely with employers and carriers. She enjoys engaging with people, building relationships and continuing to learn more about the ever-changing aspects of benefits.
Ms. Molly Adams comes to OMNI bringing over eight years of related human resource experience to the Outsourcing team. She has joins OMNI as a Human Resource Specialist who will work with our client’s hiring managers to ensure that the new hire process is efficient for all new employees.
Ms. Teresa Westhoff also joins the Outsourcing team as a Human Resource Specialist. She has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and has previous experience in payroll and other human resource functions. She will assist OMNI in executing payroll, benefits and customer service to our clients.
