Since joining OMNI in 2014, Ms. Anderson has been an integral part of the OMNI team. In her previous role as Director of Operations, Talent Acquisition, Ms. Anderson managed the continued development of OMNI’s Talent Acquisition practice. Her depth of experience in executive search, employment branding, college recruitment, and large-scale recruitment processes, has contributed to the significant growth of OMNI’s Talent Acquisition practice.
