Julie Anderson, Operations Director-Talent Acquisition, to lead Recruiter Roundtable
Overland Park, KS (December 5, 2017) – Julie Anderson, Operations Director – Talent Acquisition at OMNI Human Resource Management, is leading a Recruiter Roundtable at the 2017 Kansas Association of Colleges and Employers Conference. The conference takes place Thursday, December 7 and Friday, December 8 at the Argosy Hotel Casino & Spa in Riverside, MO.
Kansas Association of Colleges and Employers (KACE) is a nonprofit professional organization which seeks to link Kansas employers and career services personnel with Kansas higher education institutions, following a high level of professional standards and ethics.
The roundtable will cover topics ranging from candidate experience to social media’s impact on recruitment and the future of the resume. Participants can expect to gain valuable information on the “state of recruitment” and 2018 recruitment trends.
Prior to her role at OMNI, Julie Anderson spent nineteen years at Sprint supporting recruitment across multiple business functions, including managing the college recruitment effort at the company. In addition to her role at OMNI, Anderson serves as Secretary to the KACE Board of Directors and was recently slated to serve as Employer Advisor for the upcoming KACE Board term.
