OMNI’s Talent Acquisition Practice Continues to Expand
Overland Park, KS (September 19, 2017) – OMNI Human Resource Management is pleased to announce the following staff appointment and addition.
In addition to her role as Senior Search Consultant, Michelle Anderson has been appointed to Non-Profit Practice Leader, responsible for leading OMNI’s continued growth in non-profit executive search. Michelle’s success in placing C-level executives in healthcare and financial services, in addition to the non-profit arena, has played a major role in building OMNI’s executive search practice. Michelle has enjoyed more than 20 years in talent acquisition and joined OMNI in 2006.
Ms. Olivia Fitts joins the company as Search Consultant in OMNI’s talent acquisition practice. Her experience in talent acquisition with some of Kansas City’s leading companies brings tremendous value to OMNI’s search practice. Olivia earned her PHR certification in 2016.
