Prior to joining OMNI, Kris partnered with Quest Diagnostics’ Enterprise Operations and Operations Excellence leaders to translate Fortune 500 global clinical laboratory strategy for 15K+ healthcare employees into talent and organizational plans that drove results. She has also held senior HR roles with Saint Luke’s Health System and Tandem Hospital Partners.
Kris excels at leveraging strategic workplace change to influence, manage, and develop multi-site and multi-state operations, departments, and field teams in growth and learning organizations. She continuously strives to cultivate business partnerships to understand needs, issues, and concerns to provide timely HR guidance and achieve business goals and objectives.
