Parker Quattlebaum comes to OMNI with a full range of experience under the HR umbrella, specifically related to HRIS/ATS management, onboarding, and compliance. He is committed to supporting employers and their business objectives through the use of Human Capital Management systems (HCMs) and HR data. Prior to joining OMNI, Parker served as Talent Strategies Coordinator at AMN Healthcare. He has also held HR roles at Kompass Kapital Management and Straight Line Hiring. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Parker enjoys reading, walking, podcasts, and spending time with friends.
