Kate Peer joined OMNI in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in sales, HR outsourcing, and management. As OMNI’s Business Development Operations Coordinator, Kate oversees the sales and operation support of OMNI’s consulting practice, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and oversight with systems and processes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Illinois State University. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé, traveling, and working out.
