Keli came to OMNI Human Resource Solutions in 2022 from the Kansas City Public School system, where she served as Chief Human Resource Officer for three years. Initially serving as a Senior Consultant to a broad base of OMNI clients, Keli was promoted to Vice President of Consulting in last 2022 and now oversees OMNI’s consulting, outsourcing, and membership services. With 20 years’ experience working in HR, Keli views herself as a businessperson, as well as a seasoned HR professional. Her background in accounting has enhanced her understanding of the business environment that HR supports. Keli has worked in the energy sector for Koch Industries and Merrill Lynch, in Higher Ed and K-12 education, and has served on several non-profit boards.

With a strong belief that organizations get the right results when they hire and develop the right people, Keli is a strategic partner to organizations seeking long-term success. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in HR Development from Pittsburg State University. Keli and her husband have two high school age children and love all that the Kansas City area has to offer families.
