As the Vice President of Operations at OMNI Human Resource Solutions, Julie oversees HR and business operational functions, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across the organization. In addition, her role includes driving business development initiatives to foster growth and innovation for the firm.
With over 25 years of hands-on experience in HR and corporate recruitment, Julie excels in implementing applicant tracking systems, designing internship programs, and developing AAP strategic plans. Her expertise in optimizing candidate experience processes has been pivotal in enhancing operational effectiveness for OMNI and its clients.
Prior to joining OMNI Human Resource Solutions, Julie held various roles in professional and executive search at Sprint.
A Business Marketing graduate from Kansas State University, Julie has been a longtime resident of Overland Park. She has been happily married for 28 years and has two grown sons, both fellow Wildcats and graduates of Kansas State University.
Julie is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Overland Park and maintains business relevancy through memberships in area leadership programs such as Acumen, HR Forum, and COO Forum.
