Travis comes to OMNI with a wealth of experience in HR leadership roles. He has served as Corporate Director of Human Resources at PF Holdings, where he led a full-service HR function supporting a combined workforce of over 3000 employees across multiple business units following centralization of separate HR functions into a single national HR Department. Travis also held multiple HR roles at Radius Aerospace, Inc., including Director of Human Resources.

As an operations-minded HR executive, Travis has overseen a broad range of HR initiatives intended to align people, processes, data, and technology to support the achievement of organizational objectives. He looks forward to supporting OMNI clients in all areas of human resources, including compensation benchmarking, analysis, and design; strategic HR planning and change management; succession planning, organizational development, and employee relations.

Thanks to his diverse experience in HR leadership roles, Travis excels at blending big-picture viewpoints with tactical considerations to inspire, build trust, and achieve a workforce engaged in the achievement of a shared strategic vision.
