Michele’s strong background in talent acquisition will be an asset to OMNI’s executive search team, adding a wealth of specialized knowledge. She comes to OMNI from Henderson Engineers, where she served for over eight years as a recruiter for the company. She has also held talent acquisition and HR roles at Epiq, World Recovery Service, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Michele holds a BS in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University.

In her spare time, Michele enjoys spending time at her lake house, fishing, reading, and working on home improvement projects – inside and out.
