Overland Park, KS (December 3, 2015) – Julie Anderson, Search Consultant at OMNI Employment Management Services, LLC, is presenting a breakout session on Employment Brand at the 2015 Kansas Association of Colleges and Employers Conference (KACE). The conference takes place on Thursday, December 3 and Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Johnson County Community College campus.
KACE is a nonprofit professional organization which provides a link between Kansas employers and career services personnel in Kansas higher education institutions. The organization was established to facilitate the movement of new college graduates into Kansas business, industry and schools.
The session will provide attendees with tools to enhance their organizations’ employment brand to attract highly qualified millennial job seekers. The presentation will cover the talent landscape, brand perception and impact, the millennial perspective and the value of a strong company brand.
Anderson is a Search Consultant and the College Recruitment Practice Leader at OMNI. Prior to this role, she spent nineteen years at Sprint supporting recruitment across multiple business functions, including managing the college recruitment effort at the company. In addition to her role at OMNI, Anderson was recently appointed Secretary for the 2016 KACE Board of Directors.
