OMNI Appoints Terry Garrison as Director of Client Services.
Overland Park, KS (May 27, 2015) – OMNI Employment Management Services, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Garrison as Director, Client Services and Employee Engagement Practice Leader.
In her new role, Garrison will lead the HR Outsourcing Support account management team, focusing on organizational and technology effectiveness, as well as transactional business planning and strategy execution.
Garrison brings more than 20 years of experience in consulting, account management and sales experience working with employee benefits, communication and engagement design. Most recently, Garrison was the Key Account Practice Lead for CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services. Prior to her role at CBIZ, she served as the Hawaii Director of Commercial Account Management for Kaiser Permanente, America’s leading nonprofit integrated health plan based in Oakland, CA.

Garrison has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wichita State University. Additionally, she attended the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned a Master Strategic Workforce Planning (MSWP) designation at the Human Capital Institute in 2013.
