Overland Park, KS, August 2014— OMNI Employment Management Services, LLC, is based in Overland Park, Kansas and is continuing to expand into other local regional markets. Since 1998, OMNI has served a variety of organizations throughout Kansas, Missouri and the Midwest. Our clients are often looking for ways to improve business performance through upgrading and/or outsourcing their human resources function, enhancing organizational and individual effectiveness and attracting and retaining high caliber employees. We are pleased to announce that the following professionals have been selected to join OMNI Employment Management Services.
Beth Gura – Consultant – Beth brings her strong client relationship and project management skills to OMNI’s search team. Her expertise was cultivated at IBM and Cornerstone-Kansas City. Ms. Gura will focus on business development efforts and conduct senior level executive searches within a variety of industries.
Julie Anderson – Search Consultant – Julie joins OMNI after a 19 year career with Sprint managing recruitment openings and processes for staff, management and their college recruitment program. Her extensive corporate experience will be utilized by OMNI to serve our Total HR Solutions clients as their dedicated recruiter, as well as consulting clients where she will assist in the development and enhancement of their college recruitment programs.
Kristi Hess – Senior Consultant – Kristi joins OMNI with 20+ years of progressive human resources experience. Ms. Hess possesses a broad range of human resources experience. Kristi’s focus will be providing leadership, direction and organizational support regarding human resources matters associated with OMNI’s clients.
