John is an accomplished and seasoned HR professional with success leading a broad range of HR functional areas in hyper-growth, innovative, and service-driven organizations.
Most recently, John has been providing Senior Human Resources Consultant services for a variety of clients. He previously served as Managing Partner for Executive Strategic Alliance. John also has held executive leadership, senior HR/Advisory roles spanning three main industries: Information Technology Services, Commercial Building Construction, and Banking and Financial Services.
As a proactive and trusted collaborative business partner to senior leaders, John has overseen the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support and align with organizational mission and related imperatives.
Given his diverse experience, he is ideally positioned to support the full range HR needs experienced by OMNI’s clients and to coach and develop current and next-generation leaders, helping them to maximize internal resources, employee engagement, and retention.
