With new laws taking effect around the country\, and workers discussing their pay more openly with one another than they ever have\, it’s essential for employers to approach how they pay their workers in a thoughtful and structured manner. OMNI is proud to debut this three-part series for decision-makers on compensation. Participants will meet via Zoom on three consecutive Wednesdays (January 11th\, 18th\, and 25th) to gain information and valuable insights from OMNI Senior Consultant and Compensation Practice Leader Jon Binder.
