Overland Park, KS (March 3, 2021) – OMNI Human Resource Management is pleased to announce the following additions to its team.
Ms. Karen Hoffman joined OMNI’s recruitment team in late 2020 as a Search Consultant. She previously led the talent acquisition teams at Kansas City Southern Railway and Sprint world headquarters. She has over 30 years’ experience in HR management and talent acquisition and is recognized for partnering with senior leaders to identify needs, translating them into initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Ms. Hoffman holds a graduate MSM degree from Baker University and a BS degree from Pittsburg State University.
Ms. Jennifer Gross-Statler joined OMNI in December 2020 as the new Consulting Services Manager and brings nearly 20 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector. Her background includes several leadership roles in the human services arena, most notably as Executive Director of the Eastern Regional Mental Health Board, which provided independent oversight of Connecticut’s mental health system. Drawing on her expertise in marketing and communications, media relations, project management, and grassroots organizing, she has led multiple successful initiatives to promote system change and accessibility.
Ms. Ann Cripe joins the team as Senior Consultant, bringing over 25 years of human resources experience in a variety of industries including PEO, legal, technology, energy and insurance. Ann has a Bachelors’ degree in Psychology with minors in Management and English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has a passion for building strong relationships with her clients and providing solutions in the areas of employee relations, compliance, leadership development, talent management, recruiting and compensation.
