Negotiations are something we all engage in every day of our lives – whether it’s with family, work, buying or selling a home, car, service, etc. In this fast-paced workshop we will cover:
- Ways to properly prepare and set objectives for a negotiation
- How to effectively manage the negotiations agenda, develop and evaluate offers
- Methods to influence the other party and effectively communicate your needs
- Recognizing specific negotiation tactics and how to counter them
Facilitator Dave Sapenoff brings a wealth of experience to deliver this topic:
- 20 years of experience as Director of Labor Relations and Human Resources
- 14 years of experience as Director of Operations
- 16 years of experience as adjunct faculty on topics including Negotiations Skills, Human Resources, and Business
- BA in Economics from SUNY Cortland
- MSLIR from the New York Institute of Technology
