OMNI in partnership with the Kansas Leadership Center presents “Leadership Development Sessions for 2016.” This program series provides engaging teaching methods facilitated by Kansas Leadership Center faculty that are designed to equip professional executives with proven leadership skills. Attend a single workshop or participate in all sessions for a comprehensive experience.
The Kansas Leadership Center asserts that anyone can lead anywhere, anytime. This session explores that assertion and examines the idea that for change to occur, it will require us to try things, to experiment, outside of what is comfortable for us.
