Employee Services Consultant

Ms. Sullivan provides support to OMNI’s outsourcing clients in HR administration, payroll, and benefits. Kelsey’s background as a human resources specialist combined with her love of problem solving and building relationships with clients makes her a fantastic fit for the OMNI team. Kelsey earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Organizational Development, with an emphasis in Strategic Human Resources Management at Avila University. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys trail hiking, traveling, puzzles, and spending time with her dog, family and friends.
